We know that insomnia is not good for health as discussed previously. Likewise with oversleeping (excess sleep) or hypersomnia, it is equally bad for the body. • Maintain a regular sleep schedule. Make a habit that makes your body a rest and come back regularly to be ready to move on the next day. Plan program activities until late only when you are free of deadlines on the next day.

• Consult with your doctor. See your doctor if you experience symptoms of chronic oversleeping. It’s important to know the disorders or diseases that cause you to experience oversleeping.
